Web1 Solutions – India’s most trusted Web Hosting Company http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/06/03/web1-solutions-indias-most-trusted-web-hosting-company/ http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/06/03/web1-solutions-indias-most-trusted-web-hosting-company/#comments Tue, 03 Jun 2008 10:10:24 +0000 Rakshit http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/06/03/web1-solutions-indias-most-trusted-web-hosting-company/ This is NOT a Paid Review but a kind of Thanksgiving to Deep and Web1.

Choosing a cheap and reliable hosting server is always a matter of great concern to every person willing to launch his personal or business websites. There are cases when a site owner is not satisfied with his hosting company services. So, finding a suitable web hosting is must before you plan to start any website.

At Web1 Solutions, India’s fastest growing and most dynamic web solutions company, the customer satisfaction is of primary concern. To add to that it offers a full range of affordable, reliable and feature-packed hosting services.
Mr. Deep Ganatra is the founder of the company that guarantees 24x7x365 Live Support with 99.9% Uptime.

What I like most about it?

I’ll better answer it through following points:-

1.) They value their customers- Being a customer, you just ask what you want and they’ll try their best to provide you with the same. Very quick in responding to any queries or problems. Top notch hospitality.

2.) No Downtime- For every site administrator this issue is very important. No one wants their site to go down every now and then especially when you are receiving high amount of traffic and expecting a high earning on a particular day. You can just relax without any worries.

3.) Wide Range of Plans to choose – Their Linux Hosting packages range right from 25 MB to 3 GB and can suit every requirement and budget. More than that, you can also buy extra Space as well as extra Bandwidth anytime, so you can never run short of it. Everyone can afford to buy one, great huh?

My blog is hosted on Web1 itself and believe me, right from the day I first started blogging, I didn’t face any problems as such. There were few cases when my b/w exceeded its maximum limit but then it was resolved so quickly I can’t even imagine that. This is what we call 24x7x365 Live Support, isn’t it?

So, what you waiting for?

I am giving THUMPS UP to the Web1 Solutions Hosting services and if any body among you planning to launch their new website, you should consider this as one of the best in the business. Also, if you fed up with your existing hosting server, Web1 is just the right place for you.

TNX.Net- A Text Ad Network to Earn Money and Increase Traffic http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/05/23/tnxnet-a-text-ad-network-to-earn-money-and-increase-traffic/ http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/05/23/tnxnet-a-text-ad-network-to-earn-money-and-increase-traffic/#comments Fri, 23 May 2008 11:06:34 +0000 Rakshit http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/05/23/tnxnet-a-text-ad-network-to-earn-money-and-increase-traffic/ First thing that comes in our mind when we discuss about text-link advertisements are whether they are compatible with Google or not.

Why is this so?

That’s because an average publisher does not have a good choice of advertisers that leads to poor and irrelevant links.
Almost all text links services does not allow publishers to choose their most likely advertisers instead only advertisers has got the option to choose the publisher’s website.

This is the simple reason Google says they will punish everybody else, involved in buying and selling links.

BUT I GOT AN EXCEPTION HERE.

TNX.Net is the next wave of ways to promote your website or blog through links. This can be beneficial for both publishers and advertisers. TNX tries to close the gap between advertisers and publishers offering fair rates to both in terms of TNX POINTS. Publishers earn TNX POINTS by selling links from each page on their website and in turn they can either en cash those Points or sell earned TXN POINTS by buying links as an Advertiser. Isn’t it great?

And yes, don’t worry about Google. TNX has launched A New Free Tool to Make Paid Links Look NATURAL for Google.

For Publishers

The best thing about TNX is that whether your site is popular or not so popular, you will always get opportunities to sell the links on every page of your website. Of course, the price is calculated based on Google Page Rank (PR) but still everybody has got the option to earn whatever money he/she can.

TNX commission in this whole process is just 12.5% from each party which is very less compared to other similar services that take away 30%-50% of total income.

For Advertisers

If you are an advertiser, you can improve your site ranking in search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Live.com and many more. Advertisers can receive well targeted traffic from relevant sites just by buying links for as low as $11 a month.

A link on a site with PageRank 0 costs 1 TNX point ($0.0016) whereas a link on a PR 7 page will cost you 5,000 TNX points ($8).

So, if you are an existing member of TNX network, you can also use their new Referral Program. In their own words “When you refer a webmaster to TNX and advertiser pays 100 TNX-Points for a link on your referral’s website, your referral (webmaster) gets 75 points and you get 10 points which is 13.3% of his income”.

In short, Site publishers can not only use TNX.net to earn money, they can also use it to promote own websites by taking advantage of their system as an advertiser.

What are you waiting for? Go ahead give it a try. Start using it and I am sure you will have nothing to repent.

Making things easier, there is also a limited offer from TNX.net to get LINKS from 5,000 quality websites for FREE.

If you liked this article and planning to register with TNX network, you can use My Referral for signing into the text ad network.

You FAV Me And I FAV You

I suppose, it’s time I should also start Technorati Favorites Exchange Experiment. Recently, I have seen TechFreak and Life Rock experimenting with the famous Technorati Favorites Exchange Program strategy to increase their rank.

What are the benefits of being favorited?

According to doshdosh.com, here are some reasons why getting into the Technorati 100 will be beneficial:

  • Provides social proof. Getting in the Top 100 provides social proof of your blog’s popularity. This will increase the attractiveness of your site in the eyes of advertisers and blog readers if mentioned or displayed prominently.
  • Expands your blog readership. You are more likely to receive visitors from Technorati if you are listed in the Top 100 most favorited list. Visitors are bloggers, which means that they are potential feed subscribers if you have quality content.

How to participate?

  1. First, add Aarambh to your favourites by following this link: Add to Technorati Favorites using Tag: Technology, Internet, Motivation or any other you feel appropriate.
  2. After you are done with that, leave a link of your Technorati profile in the comments so that I can add you to my Favorites.
  3. You can also add others who will leave link in the comments and ask them to do the same.
  4. (Optional)Participate in this experiment. Make a post about this, give a link back to my post. If you do so, I will Put your link in this post so other people can visit you.

So go ahead and participate and add me on your technorati.

Here is the list of blogs which I added to my Favorites:-

Life Rocks
TechFreak
Sizlopedia
Technospot
Review Saurus

AARAMBH, after the first month of blogging http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/02/06/aarambh-after-the-first-month-of-blogging/ http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/02/06/aarambh-after-the-first-month-of-blogging/#comments Wed, 06 Feb 2008 14:06:27 +0000 Rakshit http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/02/06/aarambh-after-the-first-month-of-blogging/ I know am late to post the stats. Today is 6th Feb. but in my previous post I have stated the reason for this.

It’s been over a month now when I first started working on “Aarambh”. It’s been an excellent learning curve for me. Not only I enjoyed writing articles on my own blog but also reading articles on others blog as well. It is real fun. I made few new friends out here and eventually “Aarambh” has become my 2nd home.

Initially, I used to enjoy blogging, but now, I love it as well. As far as monthly stats are concerned, I am in no position whatsoever to judge it whether it’s good or not. After all I am only a month old blogger.

Statistics for www.rakshitk.com- “Aarambh”

  • Unique Visitors : 1374
  • Number of Visits : 2104
  • Page Views : 6827
  • Feed Readers Count : 10

Popular Posts

As I said earlier, I am not able to make out whether these stats are good or not. I am new to blogosphere. So, I leave it up to my fellow bloggers to judge it and please, give me your personal opinions and feedbacks. Friends, please help me out. How much traffic or page views have you people experienced in your own 1st month of blogging?

I am looking forward to have much better 2nd month of Aarambh. Let’s see how it goes.

I am 81% Addicted to Blogging, How about you? http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/01/16/i-am-81-addicted-to-blogging-how-about-you/ http://www.rakshitk.com/blog/2008/01/16/i-am-81-addicted-to-blogging-how-about-you/#comments Wed, 16 Jan 2008 16:15:41 +0000 Rakshit http://rakshitk.com/blog/2008/01/16/i-am-81-addicted-to-blogging-how-about-you/ Recently, I was tagged by Keshav Khera from TechAlerts, just to find out “How much addicted to blogging are we?”

It’s really interesting thing to do, specially if you are relatively new to blogosphere like me. Below are the various tests results which I took. Let’s focus on that.

1-> How addicted to Blogging are you?

I took the test and managed to score 81% in it. Considering the amount of work-load I have in my Final Year of B-Tech, I see it as a satisfying score.

81%How Addicted to Blogging Are You?
2-> Blogger Spelling Test

Although, 87% is relatively good score, but I suppose I need to improve that too.

I Scored a 87%!

3-> Pro Blogger Test

Man, this quiz was real tough specially for the an amateur blogger like me. Still, I think 70% is not so bad. It will take some time to compete at the highest level.

4-> Cash Reward of Your Blog

Dear-o-dear, Cash Reward of $2100 is too much, buddy. Hmm…. I need to better run and hide some where.

The game was real fun also quite informative. To make the game move on, I am tagging Madhur Kapoor from whoismadhur.

Enjoy Blogging!!!
